2009 IYS - Online Schools Report Training - Update

The following dates/times have been cancelled due to a lack of registrations:

If you would like to attend one of the trainings but have not yet registered, please either email Jessica Thomas at jcthomas@chestnut.org or fill out the required information in the widgets below. 2009 IYS - Online Schools Report Training Sessions

We are hosting online training sessions for schools who completed the 2009 IYS online. Training sessions will last approximately 1 hour and will cover how to access and use the reporting feature on SmartTrack's website. 2008 IYS State Report Update

We found out today that we will need to make significant revisions to the 2008 State report draft. Due to the additional editing time needed, we now expect that the report will be available for release sometime in August.


Please contact our office if you'd like to add your name to the mailing list for the state report upon release, and specify if you'd like a print copy or CD. Thanks for your patience!

How to make changes to your 2010 IYS registration information

Several schools have contacted us, wondering what to do if they need to change their survey date or enrollment numbers.

Once school is back in session this fall, we'll send a confirmation email to all schools that have previously registered for the 2010 IYS. This email will contain all the information the school gave us when registering, and schools will have the opportunity to makes any changes needed at that time.

Schools are still welcome to register for the survey over the summer on our website (click on "Register for 2010").
