Online Proctor Training Sessions

We had a great turnout at the first round of online proctor training sessions before the survey period began! Thanks to all that attended! Due to popular demand, this week we are hosting another round of training sessions for those that were not able to attend the first round and those schools that registered to survey after the surveying window began. Anyone who would like to attend a session should notify Jessica Thomas by email with the date and time you would like.

• Wednesday, February 10: 11am-1130am


• Wednesday, February 10: 130pm-2pm


• Thursday, February 11: 930am-10am


• Thursday, February 11: 1pm-130pm

Surveying has begun!

Our surveying window officially opened on Monday, February 1st and we already have schools returning their completed materials! For those schools that are currently surveying, please be sure to keep the return label that is found in your school instructions envelope. Once you have completed surveying, contact FedEx at 800-463-3339 to schedule a pickup if you do not already have one at your school. If you do not have a FedEx account, please be sure to mention to them that you have a PRP label and they will set up the pickup, usually for the next day.

Schools completing the survey online should notify Jessica Thomas at jcthomas@chestnut.org to receive your administrative ID and password used to access results.
