As of December 29th, 2010, Chestnut Health Systems concluded its work with the Illinois Youth Survey. We thank the many schools and community agencies for their collaboration throughout the past 17 years, as together we made the IYS an integral part of substance abuse prevention planning and evaluation in Illinois. We regret that we were not able to provide advanced notice to you of this change.
